[It's funny. Once Cor had mentioned being a Shield stand in as well and Regis has not reacted well to that. Perhaps, it was because they were so new to this place and part of him hoped that Clarus would show up as well. Perhaps, it was just because he was missing his old friend so much. After all, he had just been there. Whatever the reason, he has apparently grown passed it now because Regis only finds himself chuckling when Tony gives himself the title.

Of course, it might also just be because he is so easily bribed with sweet treats, and Tony is right. There isn't much better than that.

[Tony would've apologized if he'd been told the title stealing had made Regis uncomfortable. For the older man, it wouldn't be the first time the phrase had been used but this was a different time and among different people. Every now and then, it was easy to forget precisely where that line was drawn.

He was almost to the kitchen when his friend added a surprise title to someone else and stopped him in his tracks. Had Gladio told Regis that?! His partner was in so much trouble!
