[Regis doesn't answer right away. It's not because he doesn't know his answer. Instead, he finds himself wondering why Nyx is so insistent on this. So far, the young man has proven to be very serious and devoted. There is no doubt he has a good reason to be asking. One very likely to do with one of the many future events Regis has asked not to be filled in on.

He could ask. After all, he's just learned a lot more about the future from his son, but in the end, Regis decides not to. Instead, he just nods his head.]

If it is so important to you, I will be sure to ask. Even if she does not wish to stay at the house full time, I would be more than happy to have a room set up for her to stay in whenever she would like. We have plenty of space now.

I have no doubt that you will, but please also try to relax and enjoy the time you have. This is an odd sort of blessing we have been given and it would be a shame to waste it.

[He knows too much and not enough all at the same time. What is waiting for Nyx when he returns? Is his future as bleak as the rest of those living in his son's time? Part of Regis wants to ask, but the other part is afraid he already knows the truth.
