This means I have had no opportunity to experiment with adding materials to stored spells to change their effect. On the other hand, Noctis requires flasks to use his elemental skills. If you truly require something with a multi-cast or poisoning added, I would suggest you speak with him. He would also be the one to ask that question to as I have very little experience knowing what an additive will or will not do to a spell and those who partake of it.

Someone pouring the potion onto a wound would work just as if the person who is incapacitated had crushed the bottle themselves. It concerns me you already seem to know you will not be able to use the potions yourself. What are you doing that requires so much secrecy? Why will Hades attempt to stop you if he knows? Is this something to do with the being he is bound to?
